Samples must be completely dry for best results and packaged in 2+ mil zipper storage bags (freezer bags) for processing. Samples of head ore, soil, rock, dore’ bars, fused beads, buttons, concentrates, …, may be analyzed. Well homogenized concentrates of 100-400 mesh will provide the most reliable reports reflective of the source material. Salts and residues from an evaporated slurry or metal filings may also be analyzed. A proper analysis requires a minimum of ~12 grams/.5 ounces of dry material. Our testing is non-destructive. Please inform us of the presence of any suspected hazardous or radioactive minerals or materials and if the sample has been processed with acid or any other potentially harmful chemicals.
